More than 40% of students are at least 2 grades below their current grade. Children face many different types of challenges like being first generation learners, difficult socio-economic backgrounds, physical issues, mental issues, development delays, learning disorders, ADHD, Autism, and many more that prevents them from achieving their true potential. Teachers in low-income private schools often lack access to quality training, resources, and support, hindering their ability to provide effective education. Teachers in these schools also face distinct challenges, such as handling diverse learning needs, managing classrooms with limited resources, and addressing socio-emotional needs.

The Social solution:

Aashansh in collaboration with Eblity through a teacher training program aims to raise awareness, build key skills and empower carers of children with academic, behavioural, emotional challenges & special needs, helping them unlock their children's full potential. The teacher training program provides an extensive training and resources for teachers to better prepare to help children facing challenges in their classroom. Teachers play a vital role in shaping young minds and influencing learning outcomes. The teachers will go through over 30 hours of training session that covers academic & behaviour challenges, foundational skills, classroom assessment/screening, classroom & remedial strategies, stakeholders collaboration, progress tracking & measurement activities, workbooks and digital tools. Eblity has trained over 120000 teachers and parents across 80 countries. Teachers from over 3000 schools have attended the training.
