Unisaar Foundation bridges the education-employability gap by delivering targeted skill development, AI awareness, digital literacy, and career readiness programs to underprivileged students in Maharashtra, starting with Pune and nearby regions. Benefiting school and college youth, especially young women, these initiatives include short-term skill workshops, resume and interview training, and women-focused vocational programs like fashion design and early childhood care. By providing practical, industry-relevant training, Unisaar addresses the skill shortages noted in Indian studies, empowering thousands annually to gain confidence and jobs.
