Through skill mapping, they master certified sewing, bag-making, and textile crafts in professional in-prison workshops, earning fair wages saved in personal accounts. Market-ready products sell via the sustainable Zariya brand and retail partnerships, funding the ecosystem. Post-release, a Reintegration Kit and mentorship enable remote artisan roles or micro-businesses, with family reconciliation support.
