All it takes is 15 to 30 minutes of your time daily for the next 14 days to help a student climb the ladder of opportunity.
SOCIAL PROBLEM AASHANSH IS ADDRESSING
Young students from financially low-income backgrounds in India face significant challenges in education, mentorship, job search, and employment. They often struggle with access to quality education due to limited resources, inadequate infrastructure, and financial constraints.
The digital divide further exacerbates these issues, particularly highlighted during the shift to online learning.
In terms of mentorship, there is a lack of career guidance and role models to inspire and direct them. When searching for jobs, these students encounter a skills gap, limited awareness of opportunities, and insufficient networks.
In the workplace, they often face difficulties in adapting to professional environments, job insecurity, and limited career advancement opportunities. Addressing these challenges requires comprehensive support, including scholarships, mentorship programs, skill development initiatives, and efforts to bridge the digital divide.
