PROBLEM PEOPLES MANIFESTO FOUNDATION IS ADDRESSING
Almost all political parties write their manifestos with unrealistic promises of freebies to attract voters, but they often fail to fulfil these promises once elected.

These parties do not involve the people in voicing their actual needs and demands in their manifesto. Moreover, there is no mechanism to hold elected candidates accountable for the promises made in their manifesto.

At many places in India, voters experience intimidation or harassment at polling places, which can deter them from voting. Voters also struggle to find unbiased information about candidates and their platforms. This leads to uninformed voting decisions. While it is not accurate or fair to claim that all politicians in India run for elections solely for power and money, there are certainly cases where politicians are motivated by these factors.

Candidates see elected office as a means to acquire personal wealth, allowances, and opportunities for corruption.
