14 DAYS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM TO INNOVATE AND DEVELOP RURAL INDIA

You will be volunteering your skills and time to raise awareness and funds to help Arise NGO carry out a nationwide competition to invite innovative ideas and solutions to tackle some of the most pressing needs of rural India and identify top 100 entrepreneurs and support them with required resources to bring the idea into reality and lead the change.
All it takes is 15 to 20 minutes of your time daily for the next 14 days to help bring innovation to rural India.
The problem Arise NGO is addressing
Illiteracy, unemployment, malnutrition, lack of infrastructure, transportation, medical facility, fundamental needs (electricity, drinking water, sanitation, communication), geographical inaccessibility, and more are some of the common problems faced by villagers in India.
Drop out rate of students in schools are going high each day and digital classes are not affordable by millions of students. 70% of the rural population does not have access to quality health care due to finances and geographical accessibility.
Unemployment rate has always been high amongst rural India owing to limited/no opportunities and most villagers migrating. Lack of employment opportunities always puts the family into the vicious cycle of poverty. Farmers have always been facing challenges owing to a lack of productive resources to produce good crops.
There are limited options of a Non-farming activity-based economy. For basic drinking water, women in rural areas have to still travel miles to feed their families.
