Thousands of children across India's vulnerable communities face severe risks, including child labour, abuse, exploitation, child marriage, school dropout, malnutrition, and unsafe living conditions. Children from migrant families, urban slums, and economically disadvantaged backgrounds are particularly at risk, as poverty and unstable livelihoods force difficult choices denying them consistent education, healthcare, emotional support, and safe spaces. Many struggle with learning gaps, trauma, emotional distress, and low confidence, limiting their potential. Without timely intervention, these challenges trap children in cycles of poverty and vulnerability. This crisis is especially acute in Bengaluru and Kanpur, where marginalised children face barriers to education, safety, healthcare, and holistic development, urgently needing comprehensive support to break free from vulnerability and build resilient futures.
Sanrakshan provides integrated residential care addressing education, nutrition, health, protection, psychosocial well-being, and holistic development together. Children receive safe housing, three nutritious meals daily, formal school enrollment with bridge education and remedial support, quarterly health check-ups, counselling, and yoga. Individual development plans identify each child's strengths, enabling participation in sports, arts, cultural activities, and experiential learning building confidence, creativity, leadership, and life skills. This comprehensive model moves children from vulnerability to stability and long-term independence through structured, personalised support. Implemented by dedicated care teams with school, healthcare, and government partnerships, the programme tracks progress through assessments, health records, and counselling reviews, ensuring sustainable outcomes and replicable standards across multiple geographies.
Sanrakshan is a national non-profit safeguarding vulnerable children's rights through education, healthcare, emotional support, life skills, and safe environments, creating lasting, measurable change across India.

Success measured through school enrolment, attendance, learning improvements, health and nutrition gains, reduced undernutrition, counselling access, emotional well-being, life skills, parental engagement, and long-term outcomes.
You will receive an 80G receipt 7 days after the campaign is closed, and you will receive the expense report 6 months after the campaign is closed from Sanrakshan
